Requirements
The training is designed as interactive, with participant involvement exceeding 80% of the time. Each session follows a similar dynamic: opening exercises that foster new habits (building awareness), a mini-lecture on techniques (knowledge), and exercises practicing new tactics and techniques (skill). After closing each session, participants receive supplementary materials related to the discussed topic. Practical content is summarized through mini-lectures providing theoretical foundations and explaining the basic psychological mechanisms that participants experience during the training sessions.
