Enterprise Architect Training in Johannesburg

Through a blend of lectures, demonstrations, and interactive labs, this course illustrates the foundational methods for creating and sustaining an Enterprise Architecture (EA) by utilising the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) version 1.2.

In this instructor-led, live training in Johannesburg (online or onsite), participants will learn how to use SysML as implemented in Enterprise Architect (EA) to carry out system requirements analysis and modelling.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand and apply SysML to Systems Engineering projects, using a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach.
• Identify system requirements based on use case models.
• Design and analyse system architecture.

This course is tailored for analysts, designers, developers, testers, and project managers.

The workshop covers problem analysis, design, and system documentation using UML and Sparx Systems' Enterprise Architect. Participants will explore advanced program capabilities (such as MDA, profiles, and XMI) and learn best practices that can significantly simplify and accelerate the modeling process.

Since the training focuses heavily on the Enterprise Architect tool, participants are expected to already possess UML modeling knowledge. For those new to modeling, we offer dedicated UML training courses.
